Order Processing
All orders placed Monday-Friday (Excluding Holidays) before 1pm (GMT+8) will be processed on the same day and shipped within 48 hours subject to availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 1pm (GMT+8) will be processed the next business day.
Estimated time listed in the website are meant to be used as a reference only and does not constitute any obligation by Mont Affair. Mont Affair shall not be held responsible for any delays which might be caused by third parties or by relevant customs and authorities.
ZONE 1 RATES (SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA & BRUNEI)
Free Shipping to Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei will be made using Standard delivery methods ("normal Mail"). Customer are encouraged to opt for "Registered Mail" services upon check out for tracking of their parcel. Mont Affair shalt not be held responsible for lost mail if "Normal Mail" option is chosen as tracking facility is not provided. Service delivery is dependent on the mail service provider(s).
INTERNATIONAL RATES (FLAT SGD $10 SHIPPING WORLDWIDE)
Mont Affair ships to all international destinations. Shipment will be made using Singpost Normal or Registered Air Mail service.
A flat fee of SGD$10 for shipping to most International Countries will be made using Standard delivery methods ("Normal Mail"). Customers are encouraged to opt for "Registered Mail" services upon checkout for tracking of their parcel.
For destinations where Singpost has no service for normal air mail, parcel will be shipped via Speedpost (express parcel). For such instances, additional shipping cost will be charged. Mont Affair will subsidise the shipping cost by charging a nominal fee, usually a fraction off the actual cost. Different charges apply for different countries. Do check with us (sales@montaffair.com) if you need to find out more details on charges to your country.
*Free normal shipping for orders to Indonesia, above $60 net. For registered mail (with tracking facility), customers may opt for an additional top up of SGD $2.20.
*Contact us if you prefer other courier service providers (DHL or Fedex)
Please be aware that all products delivered internationally may incur additional costs due to varying customs and taxes imposed by each country. These additional costs are not part of the shipping fees when your order is processed as you checkout. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all additional charges are paid for in order to receive the shipment.
