Do I need to sign up as a member before I can shop online?
You dont have to sign up as a member before buying any items at Mont Affair. An account will automatically be created after you have made your first purchase. Upon checkout, simply select "Guest Login - Continue as Guest" to proceed to the shipping and payment page.
How do I search for a product, like a particular dress?
All products displayed in MontAffair.com are properly catagorised. Customers can easily search for the items under respective catagories, from the navigational links available at the top of each web pages. Alternatively, customers may also search for a particular product by using the search bar function found at the top right corner of the website.
How do I sign up for the Mont Affair Newsletter?
To be one of the many privileged customers to know our latest arrivals or exclusive deals, sign up for our newsletters mailing list. Signing up is easy. You will find a Newsletter Sign-Up field at the bottom of the webpage (or go to Newsletter page)and just enter your email address into the empty field. Follow the easy instructions accordingly and verify your subscriptions in your email. Viola, you are done and ready to receive our newsletters.
I want that dress! How does the back order work?
For items which are sold out, back order option will be made available and customers would be able to place order for the sold out item. Back order stock will usually arrive between 10 - 14 days after the back order option is closed. As back order option will only be made available for a limited time period, customers are encouraged to place their orders as soon as this option is available.
How do I purchase a back order item?
Procedures for placing the back order is the same as placing an order for items which are in-stock. Do note that customers would be required to place the order by the date indicated in the product's page and an upfront full payment shall be made when the order is placed. Mont Affair will inform you when the package is shipped.
What happens when the back order is unsuccessful?
Do note however that in the event that the back orders quantity does not meet the minimum order quantity, customers will be refunded the full amount paid in the form of credit vouchers. The credit vouchers could be used for any item(s) in MontAffair.
How do I know if my order has been shipped out?
Upon confirmation of payment received by Mont Affair, an acknowledgment email will be sent to inform you that your orders have been shipped. Depending on the shipping destination, your items will usually ready you between 3 days - 2 weeks.
How can I make payment for my orders?
Mont Affair accepts credit card payments through PayPal. All credit card payments made via paypal are immediate and preferred. For customers who do not have a credit card, payment can also be made using ATM / Internet Banking Transfers. Kindly note that Mont Affair currently only accepts DBS / POSB ATM / Internet Banking Transfers. Payments for all orders are to be made on the following day, 6pm. Payments not received by the deadline will result in the orders being cancelled. For more information on ATM / Internet Banking Payments procedures, kindly refer to the Payment Page.
How are items shipped?
Items sold in Mont Affair are shipped using Standard postage (i.e. non registered). You are encouraged to upgrade the delivery with registered shipment to track on your shipment. Simply select the type of shipment you would like your items to be shipped upon checking out. Mont Affair uses Singpost, DPex, Fedex, EMS services for shipping of the items. Only items shipped on "registered mail" or through courier services (which provides tracking services) will be guaranteed against non delivery.

Does Mont Affair have a brick & mortar shop? Mont Affair is truly an online fashion shop and we do not own any brick and mortar shop. We will be able to save on the operating costs of operating them and transfer these savings to our valued customers like you in the form of pricing our fashion and apparels right.
How do I use Promo Code?
Applying promo codes to your order is easy. Simply copy the code which you have into the "Discounts" field and apply it during checkout (Step 2 of 2 - after providing shipping information). After applying the promo code, the sale amount will automatically be updated.
